Mafalda Di Donato was born and raised in the vibrant city of Melbourne, Australia. From a young age, her imagination knew no bounds, it was in the classrooms of her primary school where her journey as a storyteller began to unfold. In grade 5, Mafalda embarked on a class project that would forever change her life. With boundless creativity and determination, she crafted her first book, "The Bird That Could Not Fly." Little did she know that this humble project would ignite her passion for writing and set her on a path to becoming a celebrated children's author.

At the age of 34, fueled by her childhood dreams and a burning passion for storytelling, Mafalda made a bold decision to pursue her lifelong ambition of becoming a published author, with unwavering determination and the support of Brolga Publishing, she took a leap of faith and brought her debut book to life TBTCNF. Launching her first book marked a significant milestone in Mafalda's journey, affirming her dedication to sharing her imaginative tales with the world.
Building upon the success of her inaugural publication, Mafalda continued to weave enchanting narratives that resonated with her audience. Three years later, her second book, "The Bird and the Bully," emerged.
